Andrea Anderson

Andrea Anderson

A senior professional with 20+ years of corporate and consulting experience, Andrea joined Bridgepoint in 2010. Here past experience includes working at Deloitte & Touche, Resources Global and other major firms conducting  IT audit, application systems implementation and financial operations. She has strong  expertise in  large scale application systems deployment, project management, IT general controls and application reviews, process review, information security and risk management. In addition, she is seasoned in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other regulatory compliance reviews, IT governance and business process analysis.

Ken Bartley

Ken Bartley, CFO Consultant

Ken is a senior financial executive with proven track record with venture backed companies in both young, high growth environments and turnaround situations. Exceptional results achieved through business partner philosophy, strong business acumen, and outstanding organizational and analytical skills. He has been the CFO with four venture backed technology companies; achieved two successful liquidity events; and is experienced in maximizing revenue growth and driving profitability from early stage to $40 million revenue. He led multiple equity and debt funding transactions, raising more than $80 million, and experienced in building success technology sales channel business models. He has international experience with expansions in European and Far East operations. He also extensive experience as a change agent in addressing unprofitable lines or business units and restructuring operations to maximize profit potential. Ken started his career with Texas Instruments and later Convex Computer Corporation.

Ken was an officer in the U.S. Air Force, earned a Master of Science in Industrial Administration degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Kansas State University. Ken is a Certified Public Accountant* in the State of Texas.

Gillian Boyer

Gillian K Boyer

Gillian has 13 years of diversified experience in corporate governance, internal audit and financial process optimization, with primary focus in the energy industry. Gillian will be a key driver for Bridgepoint’s Houston clients managing a range of risk management, internal audit and governance projects as well as lending her expertise in business process design and Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. Prior to Bridgepoint, she was an Associate Director of Risk Solutions and Internal Audit at Protiviti Consulting. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor and a Certified Internal Auditor. She holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from Rice University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Dave Donovan

Dave Donovan, CFO Consultant

Dave has a strong background in all areas of finance, with public accounting and private industry responsibilities in both public and privately held companies; domestic and international company experience including internal and external financial statement reporting, banking/cash management/investments, capital raising, investor relations, operations support, taxes, credit & collections, risk management/insurance, acquisition analysis, strategic planning/budgeting/forecasting, and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance.

Clients range from small early-stage semiconductor, gaming and nanotechnology companies up through large public manufacturing companies. His experience includes both domestic and international operations, Treasury management, financial reporting, investor relations, planning/forecasting, M&A, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and SEC work, among others.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Dave was a senior financial executive at Sigmatel, a publicly held, international fabless semi-conductor company. While with Sigmatel, he held Treasury, reporting, and investor relations positions. In prior years Dave held several senior financial positions at Legerity, Inc., a leading provider of integrated circuits for the telecom industry.

He began his career in the audit and tax departments of PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree – Economics from Duke University. He has also served as a member of the KLRU Community Advisory Board.

Vicki Humphrey

Vicki Humphrey

Vicki is a key asset to the IT practice of Bridgepoint Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience, she helps our clients with their IT strategy and execution. She provides internal audits, Sarbanes-Oxley engagements, and SSAE 16 Readniness, to name a few.  She has a broad range of technical leadership skills in system development, project management, compliance, resource management, systems integration, requirements analysis, testing/quality assurance, software development, software solution evaluation, vendor evaluation and relationships. Prior to Bridgepoint, much of Vicki's career was leading the IT efforts at National Western Life Insurance and working as a software engineer at IBM.

Kristine Kraus

Kristine Kraus

Kristine provides financial advisory services including expertise with forensic accounting, turnaround and reorganization for clients at Bridgepoint. Formerly with Mesirow Financial and Ernst & Young, her past experience encompasses a diverse range of clients, both U.S. and international, including some of the largest and best-known companies. Kristine has served as an instructor addressing technical accounting, auditing developments and teaching a variety of accounting concepts, approaches, and techniques. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Jeanne Metz

Jeanne Metz

Jeanne is an accomplished accounting professional with 18+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies. She has been a key driver to the successful implementation of many Internal Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance projects. Prior to Bridgepoint, she was a senior manager at Ernst & Young in their global mobility practice. A Certified Public Accountant and a University of Texas Graduate, her organized and efficient execution of compliance work plans has given her vast experience in analyzing and testing almost every type of financial process.

David Settle

David Settle, CFO Consultant

David has 25+ years of experience in finance, operations, and administration, including more than 20 years working in the high-tech industry and more than a decade serving as CFO of several organizations. He was nominated twice (2006 and 2007) for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Central Texas, and selected as one of the 2008 Best CFO’s in Austin by the Austin Business Journal. David has participated in multiple IPO’s; has extensive experience in M&A transactions, participating in over $2.5 billion of mergers and acquisitions activity and more than $700 million in private and public equity and debt financings, both in corporate finance and as a securities analyst, and has experience founding start-up companies.

David earned an M.A. degree with honors in International Management Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University with high honors.

Sabrina Smith

Sabrina Smith

Sabrina has more than 12 years experience in restructuring, corporate finance, valuation, business development, and asset management in a variety of industries; including all areas of energy, retail, hospitality and gaming, and manufacturing and distribution. She has represented both debtors and creditors in formal bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings and has also been a key employee for a start-up Energy Company. Her exposure to all aspects of finance enables her to support clients of all sizes. Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Oklahoma. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, and an avid volunteer in the Dallas community. She is a member of the Junior League of Dallas and has been the co-chair of several charity events benefitting the American Cancer Society, Cystic Fibrosis, and the Ronald McDonald House.

Keith Thatcher

Keith Thatcher, CFO Consultant

Keith is an experienced financial leader with sound technical skills and excellent communication skills that can relate to people at all levels of an organization. Since joining the Firm in 2007, Keith has worked primarily with software and services companies such as Iontas (Ireland based, venture backed; SaaS sold to Verint), Between Markets (venture backed; SaaS sold to Inovis), The Karis Group (private, software enabled services), CORE Health Care (private; post-acute rehabilitation for severe brain injury), and Spire Consulting Group (private; Engineering and Litigation Support services). Keith provides oversight of the accounting activities for his clients, along with financial modeling, cash forecasts, budgeting, cost controls and spending allocations and helping secure equity and/or debt.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint Consulting, Keith was Corporate Controller for Financial Industries Corporation ($1.3 billion life insurance company), Chief Financial Officer for Concero, Inc. (previously PSW Technologies; $65 million IT custom application development company) and Tanisys Technology, Inc. ($100 million custom OEM memory design and testing). Prior to that, Keith was Corporate Controller at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. ($270 million medical products company). As Corporate Contoller, Keith played an important role in the Initial Public Offerings at PSW Technologies and Kinetic Concepts.

Before joining Kinetic Concepts in the late 1980’s, Keith was a manager with KPMG’s Private Business Advisory Services. Keith began his career as an auditor with KPMG after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University. Keith is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Felipe Vega

Felipe Vega, Controller/CFO Consultant

Felipe is an experienced accounting professional with extensive experience assisting small companies which the full spectrum of accounting services and reporting. Hands-on experience in initial set up of accounting records and the ability to provide expanded reporting capabilities as companies grow and become more complex. Experienced with domestic and international companies, financial modeling, budget and forecast preparation, as well as integration of accounting processes post-acquisition or merger and software implementation. Industry experience includes green technology, lead generation technology, oil field services, retail, medical devices, and non-profit.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Felipe assisted Legerity, Inc., a leading provider of integrated circuits for the telecom industry, is managing thirteen foreign subsidiaries and insuring GAAP compliance. Prior to Legerity, Felipe was the Corporate Controller for Ecogas, an alternative energy company, and managed a $40 million construction bond as well as fourteen domestic subsidiaries.

Felipe received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University.

D. Ross Warriner

D. Ross Warriner

Ross brings more than 30 years of extensive experience and accomplishments in the global energy industry providing senior management and key client stakeholders financial advisory services related to strategy development and operations. He has a proven track record in identifying creative value enhancement business opportunities and developing/implementing them to successful completion. Ross will lead client engagements in Houston, and help them address processes, risks and controls related to financial reporting and other operational business activities.  Prior to Bridgepoint, he was VP & Country Manager at at public oil and gas company in Asia, and has also held key positions at Protiviti Consulting, Superior Gas and Shell Oil.

Leslie Willard

Leslie Willard, Director, Accounting and Finance Services

Leslie has 25 years of finance, accounting and operations experience and leads the finance and accounting practice for Bridgepoint's Houston office.  His career started at a Big Four firm, where he gained experience with public and private companies across various industries.  He has extensive expertise in transactions including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and divestitures, and has worked closely with VC/PE-backed private and publicly-traded entities. Leslie has led the transformation of the finance and accounting organizations for several private companies, and has re-engineered the financial reporting operational requirements through the IPO process.  Organizations in which he has been involved have raised more than $500 million in new debt and capital financing during his tenures with these companies. He also has been the CFO for early stage emerging technology companies and guided these companies through their formation stages. Leslie earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas Tech University.
