Kristi Kershaw, Director of Professional Search
As Director of Professional Search at Bridgepoint, Kristi leads the overall strategy and operation for the Professional Search practice. Kristi has 15 years of progressive experience in professional accounting and finance roles, including Big 4 public accounting as well as private and publicly-traded companies. In 2007, Kristi transitioned into an Executive Recruiter role for a leading executive search firm. Most recently, she led the talent acquisition efforts for a publicly traded global medical device manufacturer. Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Cindy Bowden, Manager of Professional Search
As Manager of Professional Search, Cindy is responsible for client acquisition and management as well as identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint Clients. She develops and manages relationships with a broad range of accounting and IT professionals to facilitate the best matches between her candidates and Bridgepoint clients. Cindy holds the CTS designation and worked with Harder Consulting for 13 years prior to its merger with Bridgepoint Consulting in 2013. Prior to her current role, Cindy also worked as a manager for Marshall’s for seven years.
Kala Loughrey, Search Consultant
As Search Consultant at Bridgepoint Consulting, Kala is responsible for client acquisition and management as well as identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint clients. Kala is a multi-dimensional business principal with 20 years’ experience specializing in human capital solutions including talent management and development. She holds significant experience in top-tier executive recruiting and placement as well as training and development. Kala has experience in industries such as professional services, management consulting services, pharmaceuticals, CPG and retail. Kala holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkeley and Executive degree from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Administration. In addition, Kala is PHR certified.
Andrew Chambers, Operations Manager
As Operations Manager of Professional Search at Bridgepoint, Andrew is responsible for managing the daily operations for the professional search team, onboarding and training new employees, managing vendor systems and selection, client and candidate management as well as identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint clients. Andrew has over 11 years of experience in finance roles, including 7 years of management experience for Bank of America where he led the daily sales and operations of a successful banking center. In 2015, Andrew transitioned into professional search with Bridgepoint Consulting as Operations Manager.
Beth Wilson, Search Consultant
As Search Consultant of Professional Search at Bridgepoint, Beth is responsible for identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint clients in the Accounting & Finance and Human Resources fields. Beth has over 17 years of experience in finance roles, including 7 years of management experience for Bank of America where she helped lead the daily sales and operations of a successful banking center. In 2016, Beth transitioned into professional search with Bridgepoint Consulting as Search Consultant. Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of North Texas.
Carrie Guillory, Executive Internal Recruiter
As Executive Internal Recruiter, Carrie works with finance and IT candidates seeking positions as professional consultants at Bridgepoint. Working hand-in-hand with Bridgepoint’s Client Services department, her goal is to create successful career matches between candidates and Bridgepoint based on mutual needs. Prior to Bridgepoint, Carrie worked in recruiting and banking roles with both Bank of America and Amegy Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas.

As Executive Internal Recruiter, Stephanie works with finance, compliance, and IT candidates seeking positions as professional consultants at Bridgepoint in the Houston office.
