Liz Harder, Principal
As a Principal at Bridgepoint Consulting, Liz leads the overall strategy and operations for the Professional Search practice. She joined Bridgepoint in 2013 after leading Harder Consulting, a Professional Search and Staffing Firm for fifteen years. Before founding Harder Consulting Liz worked for KPMG, a Big 4 public accounting firm, and held financial management positions for companies in the retail & distribution and financial services industries. Liz has been an active board member in several associations, having served as the President of the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants and Secretary of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants, President of the Austin Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance & Accounting (ALPFA) and National President of the American Association of Finance & Accounting (AAFA). Liz received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Kristi Kershaw, Director of Professional Search
As Director of Professional Search at Bridgepoint, Kristi is responsible for client acquisition and management as well as identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint clients. She also serves as a leader and mentor to the Bridgepoint recruiting team. Kristi has 15 years of progressive experience in professional accounting and finance roles, including Big 4 public accounting as well as private and publicly-traded companies. In 2007 Kristi transitioned into an Executive Recruiter role for a leading executive search firm. Most recently, she led the talent acquisition efforts for a publicly traded global medical device manufacturer. Kristi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Cindy Bowden, Executive Recruiter
Cindy Bowden is an executive recruiter that sources and places professional candidates for Bridgepoint Consulting’s clients. She develops and manages relationships with a broad range of accounting and IT professionals to facilitate the best matches between her candidates and Bridgepoint clients. Cindy holds the CTS designation and worked with Harder Consulting for 13 years prior to its merger with Bridgepoint Consulting in 2013. Prior to her current role, Cindy also worked as a manager for Marshall’s for seven years.
Andrew Chambers, Operations Manager
Andrew has over 11 years of experience in finance roles, including 7 years of management experience for Bank of America where he led the daily sales and operations of a successful banking center. In 2015, Andrew transitioned into professional search with Bridgepoint Consulting as Operations Manager.
As Operations Manager of Professional Search at Bridgepoint, he is responsible for managing the daily operations for the professional search team, onboarding and training new employees, managing vendor systems and selection, client and candidate management as well as identifying candidates for successful placement with Bridgepoint clients.
Jordan Johnson, Search Consultant
As Search Consultant at Bridgepoint, Jordan identifies talented candidates for great career opportunities with Bridgepoint Clients. After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, he began his professional career at a software start-up in Austin, Texas as a Customer Success Specialist. Jordan enjoyed being the first point of contact for troubleshooting with customers and helping solve issues. Jordan used his love for people and desire to see people grow in their careers, to join the Professional Search team with Bridgepoint Consulting.
Carrie Guillory, Internal Recruiter
As internal recruiter, Carrie works with finance and IT candidates seeking positions as professional consultants at Bridgepoint. Working hand-in-hand with Bridgepoint’s Client Services department, her goal is to create successful career matches between candidates and Bridgepoint based on mutual needs. Prior to Bridgepoint, Carrie worked in recruiting and banking roles with both Bank of America and Amegy Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas.
Stephanie Whitney, Senior Recruiter
Stephanie is Senior Recruiter in Bridgepoint's Houston office. As a member of the Professional Search team, she provides services to efficiently identify and place the best candidates possible for the firm's clients. Using a process-driven approach, she partners with hiring managers and recruiting teams to provide C-level executives to experienced staff-level professionals that specialize in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Human Resources and Information Technology. Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Stephanie worked for a global staffing firm.
