Liz Harder, Principal
As a principal at Bridgepoint Consulting, Liz leads the overall strategy and operations for the firm's recruiting practice. She is also the leader B360 Solutions, a temporary staffing firm that is a strategic partner of Bridgepoint. Before founding Harder Consulting, Inc. in 1998, Liz worked for KPMG as a Sr. Auditor and held financial management positions for companies in the retail & distribution and financial services industries. Liz is the Past President of the Capital City Association of Personnel Consultants and Secretary of the Texas Association of Personnel Consultants. She is also the Past President of the Austin Chapter of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance & Accounting (ALPFA) and the American Association of Finance & Accounting (AAFA). Liz received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and a Certified Public Accountant* (CPA).
Stephanie Scanlan, Manager, Retained & Contingency Executive Search
As Manager of Retained & Contingency Executive Search, Stephanie focuses on placing finance & accounting professionals ranging from CFO to experienced staff-level, across all industries in the Houston, TX area.
With more than fourteen years of client management and candidate recruiting experience, Stephanie has extensive expertise in consulting with client companies and qualified finance and accounting professionals to facilitate successful matches. She has managed and closed searches for clients ranging from emerging middle market, private equity, venture capital, start-ups and Fortune 500.
Cindy Bowden, Executive Recruiter
Cindy Bowden is an executive recruiter that sources and places professional candidates for Bridgepoint Consulting’s clients. She develops and manages relationships with a broad range of accounting and IT professionals to facilitate the best matches between her candidates and Bridgepoint clients. Cindy holds the CTS designation and worked with Harder Consulting for 13 years prior to its merger with Bridgepoint Consulting in 2013. In addition to her role as executive recruiter, she directs the staffing placement for Bridgepoint’s strategic partner, B360 Solutions. Prior to her current role, Cindy also worked as a manager for Marshall’s for seven years.
Carrie Guillory, Internal Recruiter
As internal recruiter, Carrie works with finance and IT candidates seeking positions as professional consultants at Bridgepoint. Working hand-in-hand with Bridgepoint’s Client Services department, her goal is to create successful career matches between candidates and Bridgepoint based on mutual needs. Prior to Bridgepoint, Carrie worked in recruiting and banking roles with both Bank of America and Amegy Bank. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas.
Kelli Unkle, Executive Recruiter
Kelli is an executive recruiter that works with both the candidates and clients to make the best matches for the overall business vision and success. Her primary focus is on direct placement recruiting for a wide range of accounting and finance positions. Prior to recruiting, Kelli gained hands-on accounting and finance experience working at a Fortune 500 company in various accounting and finance roles, including Internal Audit Manager. Kelli earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University.
Zack Lofton, Recruiting Coordinator
Zack’s focus is on the operational/coordination side of the recruiting team. He has worked in recruiting for various industries in Austin for almost two years. Prior to recruiting, he worked at a nonprofit advocacy organization in New Orleans, LA. Zack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Louisiana State University.
