Bridgepoint Consulting Brings on Financial Reporting Leader
Bridgepoint Consulting, a Texas-based finance, IT and management consulting firm, has named David Machazire as Director to lead the firm’s SEC compliance and financial reporting practice areas. With more than eight years of experience in the advisory practice and national offices of Deloitte, Machazire has amassed unique expertise in technical accounting and reporting matters.
Machazire has twenty years of professional services experience in a wide array of public accounting and consulting services on a global scale. His advisory expertise includes M&A transaction services, technical accounting, financial reporting, regulatory risk management, project management, IPO readiness and analysis of non-routine or complex transactions for SEC registered and privately held companies.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).
