Bridgepoint Consulting Professional Earns Designation as Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor
October 25, 2016 (Austin, TX) – Bridgepoint Consulting, a leading Texas-based finance, IT and management consulting firm, is proud to announce that Erik White a Manager in the Turnaround and Dispute Resolution practice, has earned his certification as Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA). This certification accomplishment was announced to him recently by the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
To earn the CIRA designation, White successfully completed a financial insolvency and restructuring examination which covered all aspects of bankruptcy and reorganization, including managing financial turnaround and bankruptcy cases, reorganization plan development, insolvency accounting, financial reporting and related tax issues. In addition, all CIRA recipients must have a minimum of five years of accounting or financial experience, and have completed, within the last eight years, 4,000 hours of specialized insolvency and reorganization experience.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, White was a director of corporate finance and restructuring at a global business advisory firm. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in Operations Management. White graduated from Princeton University with a B.S.E. in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
