Bridgepoint Consulting, a professional services firm that provides finance, technology and management consulting, has named Leslie Willard as Director of its Finance and Accounting Practice for its Houston, Texas office. In addition to practice and engagement management, Willard’s primary focus will be driving all finance-related projects, as well as high-level fractional finance/accounting roles, that Bridgepoint provides in the Houston market.

Finance technology management firm Bridgepoint Consulting LLC is acquiring Austin recruiting firm Harder Consulting Inc. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal, which marks Bridgepoint’s first acquisition, would expand the firm’s direct hiring and recruiting division.
