2. Why was Bridgepoint selected to join the NetSuite Alliance Partner Program?
Bridgepoint has helped NetSuite implement several large enterprise clients. As we continued to focus on our core expertise, implementing complex NetSuite systems integrated to other business critical systems, it made sense for us to team up with NetSuite during the solution development process. This alliance relationship will allow us to continue to expand our service delivery capabilities and gives NetSuite access to our resources early, as the client needs are identified. Combining Bridgepoint’s ERP and industry expertise with NetSuite’s rich functionality and scalability, will greatly benefits companies in the market for Cloud ERP.
3. Now that you’ve joined the NetSuite Alliance Partner Program, will that change the way you deliver NetSuite services?
The only major changes to our delivery model will be that our resources will not be involved with configuring the initial demonstrations that the client sees. We will leverage NetSuite’s dedicated team of pre-sales engineers for this effort. This will enable our NetSuite configuration experts to focus exclusively on client implementation engagements.
4. How many companies are in this program? How do they get selected?
Currently, there are eight Global System Integrators and thirteen Regional System Integrators in the NetSuite Alliance Partner Program. NetSuite picks alliance partners based on a history of successful implementations and their ability to deliver complex system integration services. We are delighted about the opportunity to amongst this select group and look forward to expanding our partnership with NetSuite.
5. How does this new partnership benefit your clients?
One of the major benefits to our clients will be our increased access to NetSuite’s internal solution experts. For instance, as part of the Alliance Partner Program, we have a dedicated alliance program liaison that can easily escalate issues and help us serve our clients better. We have already used this process to engage strategic NetSuite resources to help us analyze configuration alternatives for our clients. Additionally, NetSuite will provide us with a robust set of resources, certified training and tools. This will allow Bridgepoint’s NetSuite team to further develop their expertise around specific business functions, product areas and industries so they can efficiently assist our clients and strengthen our practice even more.
6. What will change if I am an existing NetSuite customer that previously purchased my licenses through Bridgepoint?
As an Alliance Partner, Bridgepoint will no longer manage NetSuite license purchases. However, NetSuite has assigned account representatives to all existing customers that can facilitate purchases of additional licenses or modules. We put our clients first, so as always, we are available and happy to assist in those conversations.
